One thing we can be sure of is that nations, businesses, institutions and individuals will face unexpected terrain in the post-virus situation. But unexpected situations are not something we need to suffer — they could hold out a million possibilities. This is the time to show how innovative and resilient a generation we are. There is no magic wand for the challenge we are facing. All of us will have to be willing to come down from the comfortable towers we are sitting in and rethink the fundamentals of what we are doing.

When we need to recreate or rethink what we are doing, the most important thing is clarity. We must be able to see things that we did not see earlier, to decipher the situations as they are, so that we can take the next few steps, maybe slowly and cautiously, so that once things are clear, we can ramp it up.
